Terms of Service

What BizBreeze is

BizBreeze is software for service businesses: an AI-built website, lead and job management, quotes and invoices, crew and inventory tools, and marketing insights. Some parts use AI to generate content for you; you are responsible for reviewing what it creates before you publish or send it.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
• Keep your sign-in credentials safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give us accurate information about your business.

Plans, trials, and billing

• Free trial: new accounts get a 14 day full trial with no card required. When it ends, your account moves to a free preview state: nothing is deleted, your site stays up with a BizBreeze tag, and some features are limited until you subscribe.
• The plan: one flat subscription covers the whole platform. Billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. No contract; cancel anytime from the billing page and your subscription runs to the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refunded for partial periods.
• Custom work: custom projects ("Breeze Custom") are scoped, priced, and agreed per project in writing (a quote you accept). Unless the quote says otherwise, custom features we build remain part of the BizBreeze platform.
• Card processing is handled by Stripe. Standard card processing terms apply to payments your customers make to you when those launch.

Your content is yours

• Your business information, your customer list, your photos, and the content of your website belong to you. You give us permission to host and process them to run the service, and nothing more.
• Your domain is yours. If you leave BizBreeze, your domain and your data go with you; export or deletion is yours to ask for at any time.
• AI-generated content is yours to use once generated for your business. You are responsible for making sure it is accurate and lawful before using it.

Acceptable use

Do not use BizBreeze to break the law, send spam, host misleading or infringing content, harm others, probe or overload the service, or access data that is not yours. We can suspend or terminate accounts that do, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Service and support

We work hard to keep BizBreeze fast and available, but no software is perfect and the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may add, change, or retire features; if a change meaningfully reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, BizBreeze's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Ending things

You can stop using BizBreeze and cancel anytime. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. On account deletion we remove your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and notify account holders by email or in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use BizBreeze after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where BizBreeze LLC is organized, and disputes will be handled in the courts of that state.
