Privacy Policy

Two kinds of people use BizBreeze

Business owners create accounts and run their business on BizBreeze. Their customers visit the websites BizBreeze builds and may send a quote request, accept a quote, book a time, or pay an invoice. For customer information, the business you contacted is the one responsible for it; BizBreeze stores and processes it on that business's behalf and never uses it for anything else.

What we collect

• Account information: your email address and a securely hashed password, or your Google or Microsoft sign-in identity if you use those buttons.
• Business information you give us: your business name, contact details, services, hours, pricing, customers, leads, quotes, jobs, invoices, crew, and inventory, so the product can do its job.
• Customer form submissions: when someone fills out a form on a BizBreeze-built website (name, contact details, what they need), it goes to that business's account.
• Payment information: never by us. Card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store card numbers.
• Basic technical logs: IP addresses and request logs used for security, rate limiting, and keeping the service running. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To run the product: build your website, deliver your leads, send your quotes and invoices, and show your numbers.
• To send email you asked the product to send (like instant replies to your leads and your invoices), and account email like password resets.
• To power AI features: when you generate a website or a report, the relevant business information is sent to our AI providers to produce your content. Their use is governed by our agreements with them; we do not allow them to use your data to train public models.
• To keep the platform safe: abuse prevention, rate limiting, and debugging.

We do not sell your data. We do not run ads. We do not share customer lists between businesses. Every business's data is isolated from every other business's.

Who helps us run BizBreeze

Like most software, we rely on a small set of service providers who process data only to provide their service to us:

• Railway (hosting and database)
• Stripe (payments and subscriptions)
• Resend (sending and receiving email)
• Anthropic and Google (AI text and image generation)
• Cloudflare (image storage and delivery)
• Google and Microsoft (optional sign-in, and Google services you choose to connect)

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and short-lived security cookies during sign-in with Google or Microsoft. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

Your choices and rights

• You can edit your business information anytime in the app.
• You can delete your Book data (customers, leads, jobs, invoices) yourself in Settings.
• You can ask us to delete your account and its data entirely: email support@bizbreeze.app and we will confirm and complete it.
• If you are a customer of a business that uses BizBreeze and want your information corrected or removed, contact that business, or email us and we will help route the request.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, connected-account tokens are encrypted at rest, and access to business data is enforced on every request. We keep your data while your account exists and for a short period afterward for backups, then delete it. If we ever have a breach that affects you, we will tell you.

Children

BizBreeze is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell account holders by email or in the app.
